Rhoback Inc. is seeking a Product Developer to manage seasonal product development across categories and vendors from concept through production handoff.

This role drives day-to-day development execution, ensuring accurate materials, trims, samples, costing, and approvals, delivered on time. The Product Developer works closely with Design, Technical Design, Production, Merchandising, and global vendor partners to move products efficiently through the development lifecycle and expand

Qualifications

• 3-5+ years of product development experience in apparel or soft goods.
• Experience working with domestic and global vendors and factories.
• Proven ability to manage multiple styles and seasonal timelines in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong understanding of apparel sourcing, costing, materials, trims, and production considerations.
• Bachelor's degree in Fashion Merchandising or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day product development across categories and vendors from tech pack to production handoff.
• Manage multiple seasonal calendars and development priorities to meet milestones.
• Collaborate with Design and Technical Design to ensure complete tech packs and BOMs.
• Handle fabric, trim, color, print development, and lab dips with approvals.
• Coordinate prototype samples and track approvals and next steps for production readiness.
• Track product costing and identify cost-saving opportunities while preserving quality.
• Support vendor negotiations, MOQ/MCQ, lead times, and development constraints.
• Maintain accurate BOMs and product information in PLM and tracking tools.
