Job summary

NRG Energy is seeking a Senior Program Manager, Customer Validation to define and execute validation strategies that ensure products are ready for exceptional customer experiences before launch.

As a highly autonomous contributor, you’ll partner with Product, Engineering, Design, Quality, Operations and Research to determine evidence needs, cohort design, testing, and measurement for readiness and post-launch learning.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Customer Validation, Beta Programs, Product Operations or related fields.
• Proven cross-functional leadership with Product, Engineering and Operations.
• Experience translating data into actionable product recommendations.
• Experience developing validation programs and measurement frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Own customer validation strategy for products through alpha, beta, launch and post-launch learning.
• Define validation plans, cohorts, activities, and measurement approaches.
• Analyze feedback to identify readiness risks and recommendations for leadership.
• Develop executive-ready readiness reports and customer validation summaries.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Design and Operations to ensure end-to-end readiness.
