Cardinal Health WaveMark Solutions seeks a Customer Success Senior Consultant to provide executive-level support, build trusted stakeholder relationships, and maximize account growth. You will work with decision makers and a Success team to ensure customers realize value from WaveMark, aiming for renewals and expansions.

The role requires 8+ years in healthcare or complex integrations, strong communication, and willingness to travel for implementations and meetings across multiple regions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience preferred.
• 8+ years in customer service support, complex integrations, or healthcare supply chain.
• Experience with large healthcare organizations and change management is a plus.
• Able to learn technical details and serve as SME for hospital supply chain.
• Willingness to travel for implementations and meetings.

Responsibilities

• Maintain long-term relationships with stakeholders to drive revenue growth.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams during deployments and post go-live.
• Use data to demonstrate ROI and WaveMark value to customers.
• Lead strategic direction and track deliverables with stakeholders.
• Identify expansion opportunities with Sales and develop growth plans.
