Job summary

• English proficiency required.

Responsibilities

• Be the primary contact for your customer's account and queries.
• Provide highest level of customer service for Saxco strategic accounts.
• Coordinate with account managers to deliver timely information and answers.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Saxco products and policies.
• Act as liaison between sales and Saxco on customer matters.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives.
