Senior Customer Success Manager, Visual Lease

Visual Lease, a CoStar Group company, offers a platform that supports lease management, lease accounting, and sustainability reporting, used by over 1,500 organizations worldwide.

The role involves nurturing customer relationships post-onboarding to increase platform adoption and engagement, based in New Jersey or Atlanta, with full-time office presence.

Responsibilities include:
  • Maximize customer value and monitor platform utilization
  • Maintain project management tools and update Salesforce
  • Provide training and support expansion and renewal efforts
  • Build internal networks and collaborate with teams
  • Support customer retention strategies and deliver platform reviews
  • Assist in pre-sales activities and develop training programs
  • Stay updated on product features and drive best practices
  • Gather customer feedback and mentor junior team members
Basic qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university
  • 5+ years of customer interaction and resolution experience
  • Knowledge of commercial real estate management or lease accounting preferred
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
  • Willingness to travel (5-10%) and ability to learn software solutions quickly
  • Project Management Certification preferred
