Nintex has a remote, US-based Senior Customer Success Manager role focused on driving product adoption, value realization and retention across a broad customer portfolio. You will use telemetry and insights to prioritize interventions and growth opportunities.

In this role, you’ll onboard complex customers, map success plans, and collaborate with cross‑functional teams to influence product strategy and renewal outcomes, while mentoring other CSMs. A hybrid benefits package is included.

Formación

• 5–8 years of experience in Customer Success or related customer-facing roles
• Experience with Salesforce
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience

Responsabilidades

• Co-create success plans aligned with customer goals, lifecycle maturity and long-term value realization
• Deliver telemetry-driven insights on adoption, usage, and whitespace to inform retention and growth strategies
• Maintain continuous engagement through feedback loops and milestone alignment across a portfolio of accounts
• Anticipate renewal, expansion, modernization, risk inflection points and adjust success strategies
• Onboard and enable customers with training, check-ins, and scalable handoffs
