What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Onboard customers and provide integration support to drive adoption of the employer's products
- Serve as the primary point of contact for accounts, responsible for customer growth and relationship management
- Build and maintain relationships with senior stakeholders through effective account planning
- Advise clients on maximizing the use of the employer's platform for their marketing needs
- Champion the product and serve as a product evangelist to top internet companies
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 5-7 years of relevant experience, particularly in a customer success or support engineer role for a SaaS company
- Strong understanding of the mobile ecosystem and app marketing
- Proven experience in SaaS and B2B environments
- Ability to understand and address customer requirements effectively
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills

- Previous experience as a Success or Support Engineer in a technology-focused company
