At UiPath, we're looking for a visionary Senior Customer Success Manager to guide our healthcare payor clients through their AI-powered transformation journeys. You'll be the driving force behind our clients' success, leveraging your deep expertise in healthcare payor operations and organizational change management. Your mission is to deliver exceptional impact, navigate complex healthcare environments, and lead both internal and external teams to achieve transformative outcomes. What you'll do at UiPath
• Develop comprehensive adoption strategies tailored to healthcare payor organizations, aligning UiPath solutions with industry-specific challenges and opportunities.
• Guide clients in defining, delivering, and realizing value that aligns with their strategic objectives, focusing on areas such as claims processing efficiency, member experience enhancement, and regulatory compliance.
• Lead end-to-end adoption initiatives, orchestrating various workstreams to ensure successful implementation of automation solutions in complex healthcare payor environments.
• Serve as the primary point of contact and trusted advisor for senior executives in healthcare payor organizations, building strong relationships at the C-suite level.
• Stay at the forefront of healthcare industry trends, emerging technologies, and automation best practices, contributing to thought leadership content specific to healthcare payors.
• Collaborate with internal technical teams, sales, and other stakeholders to ensure a unified, customer-centric approach tailored to the healthcare payor market.
• Develop effective solutions to complex problems unique to the healthcare payor industry, such as improving claims accuracy, reducing fraud, and enhancing member services through automation.

What you'll bring to the team
  • 8+ years of experience in customer success or consulting roles within the healthcare payor industry
  • Deep understanding of healthcare payor operations, challenges, and regulatory landscape (e.g., HIPAA, ACA, value-based care models)
  • Proven expertise in professional services and support/services attach motions specific to healthcare technology implementations
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with C-level executives in healthcare organizations
  • Strong data-driven mindset, with the ability to use healthcare-specific metrics and KPIs to drive results
  • Experience in high-growth technology companies, preferably in the SaaS or RPA space with a focus on healthcare solutions
  • Available to be remote - Prefer Eastern/Central time zones
