The Senior Customer Success Manager will report directly to the VP of Customer Success.

What We Need From You
● 5+ years of proven customer success experience. This role requires experience with the growth, development, and retention of key customer accounts
● Ability to manage the customer lifecycle to proactively encourage ongoing customer satisfaction, retention, and expansion
● Experience working with or for Retailers or Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) companies preferred
● Respond effectively to customer objections and possess quick thinking skills.
● Excellent communication, teamwork mentality, and interpersonal skills, The CSM will work as part of the Customer Success team to develop strategies for scale and growth
● Skilled at building relationships with key decision makers within customer accounts
● Ability to thrive in a hyper-growth, startup environment
Compensation Philosophy
Datasembly is committed to providing transparent, unbiased, and fair compensation to all employees and prospective candidates.
The salary range for this position is: $110,000 - $130,000 USD
The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range of candidates hired. Factors that may be used to determine your actual salary may include your specific skills, location, how many years of experience you have and comparison to other employees already in this role. Most candidates will start in the bottom half of the range.
