Job summary

HP, Inc. is seeking a Customer Success Engineer, Industry Solutions to own the long-term technical relationship with large Retail customers. You will partner with HP engineering and the customer to solve problems and communicate upcoming product changes with impact insights.

You will engage with customer executives to understand outcomes and articulate HP's approach, driving innovation and leading cross-functional teams to deliver solutions.

Qualifications

• Four-year or graduate degree in computer science, engineering, business administration, or related field.
• Typically 7–10 years of work experience in engineering development and implementation, project planning Tools, and people management.

Responsibilities

• Manages and leads a program involving multiple functions and project teams to drive engineering development and implementation.
• Oversees logistics of parts for builds and prototypes and works on multiple projects simultaneously.
• Develops schedules, deliverables, budgets, and resource allocation plans for assigned program.
• Manages activities of supporting project teams; ensures progress against plan and adjusts schedules and resources as needed.
• Ensures compliance, maintenance, and safety practices for new and existing equipment.
• Communicates progress, escalations, and analysis to stakeholders and collaborates to implement changes.
• Follows up on open points and translates them into actionable items.
• Drives innovation and integration of new technologies and quality initiatives.
• Drives best practices through documentation control and policy adherence.
• Leads and mentors less-experienced staff.
