Job summary
Freshworks is seeking a Customer Success Engineer to act as a strategic advisor and SME, helping customers maximize outcomes from Freshworks investments. You will operate at the intersection of Customer Success, Product Expertise, and AI-driven transformation, partnering to drive adoption, value realization, and revenue growth.
You will influence product evolution through insights, work across ITSM/ESM/ITAM/ITOM domains, and support scale with scalable enablement assets and programs.
Qualifications
- 3+ years in Customer Success, Solutions Engineering, or related customer-facing roles.
- Experience conducting workshops, process consultations, enablement sessions, and executive-level engagements.
- Proven cross-functional collaboration with Product, Engineering, Support, Sales, and Customer Success.
Responsibilities
- Conduct workshops, discovery sessions, and enablement activities to drive adoption and value realization.
- Engage with customers at executive levels to guide transformation and outcomes.
- Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Support, and Sales to align on customer objectives and roadmaps.
- Provide AI-enabled guidance to optimize workflows and accelerate value for customers.
