Job summary

Arrcus seeks a Technical Lead for Customer Solution Engineering to spearhead qualification of ultra-complex customer deployments and own critical escalations. You will bridge field deployments with Development and product management, design multi-dimensional test architectures, and guide junior engineers to ensure production readiness for next-generation networking use cases at scale.

Qualifications

• Experience 10 to 15+ years in system test engineering, customer solution engineering, or advanced technical support within the networking industry.
• Strong architectural understanding of Layer 2, Layer 3, MPLS, EVPN, and HA features.
• Education: B.S. or M.S. in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities under pressure and clear executive/customer-facing communication.
• Hands-on experience with high-scale traffic generator equipment (Spirent/IXIA).
• Proven ability to build or scale robust test systems using Python and Linux/UNIX.

Responsibilities

• Lead qualification of ultra-complex customer deployment scenarios and own high-priority escalations.
• Bridge field deployments, Development and product management.
• Design multi-dimensional test architectures and guide junior engineers; ensure production-readiness for next-gen networking use cases.
• Conduct root-cause analysis and end-to-end resolution of critical live deployment roadblocks.
• Drive advanced automation and scalable test pipelines using Python and shell scripting.
