Job summary

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 6 years of experience coding with one or more programming languages (e.g., Java, C/C++, Python).
  • Experience troubleshooting technical issues for internal/external partners or customers.

Responsibilities

  • Provide high-touch technical guidance, troubleshooting, and documentation to ensure seamless partner integrations within defined SLAs.
  • Gather operational feedback to advocate for product enhancements, bug fixes, and feature improvements with Product and Engineering teams.
  • Work with Product and Partner Operations Managers to define, prioritize, and launch new features and internal tools.
  • Develop technical documentation and developer tools to streamline onboarding, improve product serviceability, and scale operations.
  • Perform implementation reviews and analyze partner data to identify, drive, and maximize growth opportunities using Google technologies.

We are advocates of the customer and partner experience, advocating for features and offering product and tools improvements backed by data-driven insights.

Individual pay is determined by factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
