Job summary
Lucid Motors in Casa Grande, AZ seeks a Senior Customer Software Quality Engineer to lead field software quality issues from detection to resolution. Qualifications
- 7+ years in software field quality, automotive or embedded systems quality.
- Experience collecting and analyzing logs, cloud telemetry, PCAP traces, CAN data, or diagnostics.
- Knowledge of automotive communications including CAN, Ethernet, ECU behavior, DTCs, UDS.
- Experience supporting customer issue response, reproduction evaluation, and data capture.
- Bachelor’s degree in a related technical field.
Responsibilities
- Lead customer software quality, issue response, and prioritization of field issues.
- Analyze logs, telemetry, PCAP traces, CAN data, and diagnostics to drive root-cause.
- Support issue reproduction, live service investigations, and engineering handoff.
- Collaborate with Software Engineering to define countermeasures and resolutions.
- Oversee software quality risk management and release readiness.
