Qualifications

• OR One year of experience as a Customer Service Specialist 1.
• OR Equivalent education/experience.

Responsibilities

• Resolve client complaints, inquiries, and customer service issues.
• Interpret agency-related laws, policies and procedures and advise on proper procedures to access agency services.
• Provide the day-to-day function of reception.
• Carry out a variety of complex projects and assignments including establishing and revising electronic or manual record keeping systems.
• Draft correspondence and compile reports.
• Provide intake and eligibility packets and process birth – 3 eligibility applications.
• Answer multiple phone lines and direct callers to appropriate staff.
• Maintain confidentiality of restricted information and comply with HIPAA policies.
