What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

  1. Serve as a resource or Subject Matter Expert (SME) for team members and internal customers
  2. Handle escalated calls and resolve complex customer issues effectively
  3. Answer incoming calls and identify customer needs related to benefits, billing, and authorizations
  4. Assist customers in navigating company websites and encourage self-sufficiency
  5. Research and resolve complex issues through collaboration with support resources

What is Required (Qualifications):

  1. High school diploma / GED or equivalent work experience
  2. Must be 18 years of age or older
  3. Familiarity with computer and Windows PC applications
  4. Ability to work any of the 8-hour shift schedules during normal business hours
  5. Completion of Customer Service training classes with demonstrated proficiency

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):

  1. 1+ years of experience as a Customer Service Representative or in a similar office or call center setting
  2. Bilingual and fluent in English/Spanish
