Job summary

RTX is seeking a Quality Engineer II to ensure quality and regulatory compliance within our production environment. You will develop and maintain quality systems, lead root cause analysis, and drive continuous improvement across cross-functional teams. This onsite role requires a university degree or equivalent experience and 2+ years in quality and manufacturing settings.

What You Will Do

Qualifications You Must Have
  • Typically requires a University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 2 years of prior relevant experience.
  • Experience with quality management system (QMS) tools, quality engineering methods, and regulatory requirements.
  • Experience in cross-functional collaboration and communication within a production or manufacturing environment.
  • Prior work experience with root cause analysis and corrective action processes.
Qualifications We Prefer
  • Experience with statistical methods and tools for quality analysis.
  • Certifications such as Certified Quality Engineer (CQE) or Certified Quality Auditor (CQA).
  • Experience with SAP or other enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems.

The salary range for this role is 68,900 USD - 131,100 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.

Hired applicants may be eligible for benefits, including but not limited to, medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, long-term disability, 401(k) match, flexible spending accounts, flexible work schedules, employee assistance program, Employee Scholar Program, parental leave, paid time off, and holidays.
