Job summary

Skyflow is seeking a Customer Programs Manager in the United States to orchestrate end-to-end customer implementations from contract signing through go-live, acting as the primary contact for strategic enterprise clients.

You will collaborate with Product, Engineering, Solutions Engineering, and Solutions Architects on bespoke deployments, drive data architecture discussions, and lead cross-functional teams to protect data and enable privacy-first architectures across Skyflow's customer base.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of technical experience in SaaS platforms, data infrastructure, software engineering, or related domains, including 7+ years in customer-facing roles.
• Hands-on background in Product, Business Analysis, Engineering, Technical Consulting, or related field with proven problem-solving and implementation delivery.
• Strong technical acumen to run and troubleshoot data pipelines, interact with APIs, read and analyze customer datasets.
• Experience with API-centric development and integrations, including client- and server-side SDKs, plus cloud technologies (AWS, GCP, Azure).
• Solid understanding of data architecture, data flows, system integrations, and large-scale migrations (terabyte-scale).
• Familiarity with data privacy, sensitive data protection, AI data sanitization, privacy-by-design approaches.
• Experience independently managing complex customer implementations or technical programs, handling ambiguity and competing priorities.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills; ability to identify gaps and propose solutions.
• Strong customer engagement and stakeholder management; ability to translate needs and push back when needed.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; influence diverse stakeholders and manage conversations without direct authority.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end delivery of strategic customer programs from contract signing through go-live and successful delivery.
• Lead complex enterprise implementations, navigating ambiguity and ensuring progress against timelines and objectives.
• Work hands-on with customer tech teams to understand data architectures, analyze datasets, run pipelines, and resolve integration issues.
• Collaborate with customers to identify gaps, gather requirements, and develop practical solutions; coordinate large-scale data migrations and AI data sanitization use cases.
• Build deep knowledge of Skyflow's Privacy Vault, Privacy APIs, SDKs, and integration capabilities to guide secure, scalable architectures.
• Orchestrate cross-functional execution with Product, Engineering, Solutions Engineering, and Solutions Architects to deliver bespoke solutions.
• Establish program goals, milestones, operating models, communication plans, success criteria, and risk mitigation strategies.
• Manage customer expectations, communicate risks, and push back when necessary to protect delivery.
• Build relationships with stakeholders and translate business objectives into actionable technical plans.
• Drive continuous improvement across implementation processes and scale successful implementations.
• Communicate progress, risks, and outcomes to customers and leadership; foster collaboration and accountability.
• Travel to customer sites to support workshops and milestones.
