Watts Water Technologies is seeking a Sr. Customer Operations Business Analyst in the North Andover, MA area. The role is hybrid, with three days in the office and two remote days, supporting order-to-cash processes and data governance across Customer Service, Sales, Supply Chain, and IT.

You will analyze customer operations data, resolve SAP O2C exceptions, develop dashboards, and drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance service reliability and operational efficiency.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years in customer operations, order management, or related fields.
• Hands-on experience with SAP order-to-cash, reporting, and data reconciliation.
• Experience building dashboards and KPI metrics.
• Strong analytical and root-cause problem-solving skills.
• Advanced Excel skills with large data sets and pivots.

Aufgaben

• Monitor and resolve SAP order-to-cash exceptions and EDI errors.
• Manage queues, aging transactions, backlog, and open orders.
• Analyze data to identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities.
• Support SAP order management processes, reporting, and transaction support.
• Investigate data issues and drive root-cause resolution.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve processes.
• Develop reports and dashboards on backlog, service levels, and order status.
• Perform data reconciliation and quality reviews across orders, shipments, invoices, pricing, and master data.
• Support data governance and process improvements, including testing and UAT.
• Prepare procedures, job aids, and training materials.
