Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 3+ years supervising manufacturing teams.
• 3+ years in a CNC machining or Swiss machining environment.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Experience leading production schedules and daily operations.
• Lean Manufacturing knowledge.
• Strong problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily production activities across assigned manufacturing areas.
• Supervise CNC machining personnel while promoting safety and quality.
• Coordinate production schedules to meet customer demand.
• Resolve technical and production issues on the shop floor.
• Monitor departmental KPIs and visual performance metrics.
• Ensure production orders are accurately completed in Oracle ERP.
• Recruit, coach, develop, and evaluate production employees.
• Partner with Engineering on production improvements.
• Drive Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma initiatives.
• Support continuous improvement projects focused on safety, quality, delivery, and cost.
• Build a culture of accountability, communication, and employee engagement.
