Allegiant Air is seeking a Customer Intelligence Senior Analyst to own end-to-end data analysis, generate insights, and model customer behavior to guide strategy across Revenue Management, Network Planning, Loyalty, and Marketing.

This role partners with senior leadership, mentors junior analysts, and translates complex findings into actionable business decisions to boost customer engagement, revenue, and loyalty.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Data Analytics, Marketing, Decision Science, Economics, Computer Science, or related field.
• Minimum three (3) years of experience in a data analytics or business intelligence role.
• Advanced SQL and Excel proficiency for complex data extraction, manipulation, and analysis.
• Ability to translate complex analyses into actionable insights for leadership.
• Experience with regression, clustering, predictive modeling, and time-series forecasting.
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration.
• Ownership and leadership of cross-departmental initiatives.
• Experience with loyalty platforms, CDP, GA, and data platforms.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex survey design and reporting to gain critical insights.
• Coordinate A/B tests to measure loyalty and revenue impact.
• Analyze advanced customer intelligence metrics and generate rigorous models.
• Develop and maintain SQL queries and data models in Excel, Tableau, Python, or R.
• Collaborate with Revenue Management, Network Planning, Marketing, and Executives.
• Present findings to stakeholders and leadership, shaping business direction.
• Mentor junior analysts in best practices and data integrity.
• Become in-house expert on CDP, GA, and related platforms.
• Stay attuned to demand patterns for predictive planning.
• Identify gaps and automate repetitive tasks to improve speed and accuracy.
