Criteo is seeking an analytics lead to own the portfolio of its largest US clients in the Americas. You will translate campaign data into business reviews, perform custom analyses, and design A/B tests under tight timeframes.
Your role blends independent work with coaching junior analysts and shaping product roadmap through client insights. You will partner with commercial teams, craft forecasts and growth opportunities, and ensure actionable recommendations that move budgets and improve
You will be the analytics point of contact for Criteo's largest Performance Media clients in the Americas. You'll turn campaign and performance data into business reviews, custom analyses, A/B tests, and forecasts that senior client stakeholders act on — and when a large client's campaign is underdelivering or behaving unexpectedly, you're the person who will diagnoses why under time pressure.
The work is largely self-directed. You'll own a portfolio of Criteo's largest US clients — a book of business you're accountable for end to end, not a queue of pre-scoped requests. Success in this role depends on three things: deep knowledge of how performance advertising actually works; the judgment to frame an ambiguous problem, select the right analytical method, and stand behind your conclusions when challenged; and the commercial instinct to proactively identify growth opportunities within your accounts — surfacing data-backed recommendations that clients haven't yet thought to ask for and persuading them into actions that move budgets and improve outcomes.
We acknowledge that many candidates may not meet every single role requirement listed above. If your experience looks a little different from our requirements but you believe that you can still bring value to the role, we’d love to see your application!
