Job summary

Delta Faucet Company in Indianapolis is seeking a Customer Service Specialist to analyze account activity, build ad hoc reports, and drive account growth using SAP, Excel and Microsoft BI. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex customer inquiries and support order management.

The ideal candidate has a 4-year degree preferred and 3–5 years of service experience, proficiency in SAP and MS Office, and a track record of data‑driven decision making.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree from a 4-year college or university preferred.
  • 3–5 years of customer service experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • SAP proficiency preferred; MS Office required.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze account activity applying SAP, Excel and Microsoft BI
  • Make account decisions that drive growth and ease of doing business
  • Present to management on account trends and activity
  • Build ad hoc reports to support order management
  • Use CI to drive reduction in order fill‑rate and on‑time customer fines
  • Develop relationships with key cross functional leaders across all channels
  • Use account knowledge to positively represent Delta Faucet Company during customer inquiries and complaint resolution
  • Participate in account long and short‑term business planning
  • Effectively connect with customers, agencies, sales and other departments throughout Delta Faucet
  • Lead fines fighting process through fines rebuttals
  • Ability to conduct multiple tasks while delivering in a timely and accurate fashion

Company: Delta Faucet Company Full time Hiring Range: $56,900.00 - $89,320.00 USD Actual compensation may vary based on various factors including experience, education, geographic location, and/or skills.
