Job summary

BMO Financial Group seeks a hands-on Senior Analytics professional in Chicago for end-to-end data analysis, reporting, and executive-ready insights. You will build Power BI dashboards, Excel models, and PowerPoint materials for senior leaders, working across Personal, Business, Commercial Banking and Wealth Management segments.

With 5–7+ years in analytics, you will independently manage open-ended questions, ensure data quality, and deliver decision-oriented insights within a fast-paced banking

Qualifications

• 5–7+ years of experience in analytics, insights, or reporting roles, preferably within banking or financial services.
• Strong, hands-on experience with Python, SQL and SAS.
• Experience producing business insights through Power BI, Excel and PowerPoint for senior audiences.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently on complex analytical tasks.

Responsibilities

• Hands-On analytics & data preparation using Python, SQL and SAS.
• Translate analytical outputs into clear business insights and dashboards.
• Develop Power BI dashboards, Excel models and PowerPoint presentations for executives.
• Partner with stakeholders to clarify analytical questions and deliver actionable insights.
