Responsibilities

• Identifies changes requirements driven by regulatory bodies, carriers, customs and customers.
• Cascades knowledge to Coordinators/supervisor and supports questions.
• Defines, documents and analyses alternatives.
• Can support the OTC process to drive continuous improvement.
