Job summary

GE Aerospace in Arkansas City, KS seeks a Lead Customer Operations Manager to drive end-to-end order fulfillment for assigned engine programs. You will lead cross-functional planning with manufacturing, quality, engineering and supply chain to meet SQDC commitments.

You will manage contract execution, provide status updates, run program cadences, and use SAP and Excel for data-driven decision making and risk mitigation. Strong communication and leadership are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or high school diploma with 4+ years of experience in PM or production planning.
• Experience in manufacturing operations, materials management, production planning or GE Leadership Program is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of SAP or similar ERP and Excel for decision support.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end order fulfillment for contract execution and status reporting.
• Collaborate daily with operations, planning, engineering, and sourcing to meet commitments.
• Provide data and updates for program reviews and risk mitigation.
