GE Aerospace in Arkansas City, KS seeks a Lead Services Specialist 1 - Customer Order and Fulfillment to drive end-to-end operational performance for assigned engine programs and to serve as the primary interface between customer needs and internal execution teams.

You will lead cross-functional planning and issue resolution across manufacturing, quality, engineering, and supply chain to meet SQDC commitments.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or 4+ years PM/Production Planning experience required.
• 3+ years in Manufacturing Operations, Materials Management, Production Planning or PM/Leadership program.
• Proficiency with SAP (or similar ERP) and Excel for decision-making.

Responsabilidades

• Customer Order Fulfillment Ownership: lead contract execution, order status, commitments, and issue resolution with timely communication.
• Cross-Functional Execution: partner with operations, planning, engineering, and frontline leaders to remove constraints.
• Program Cadence & Reviews: provide data and updates for management reviews at on-site and customer locations.
• Planning & Transactions Support: assist forecasting, planning, billing, and collection for programs.
• Data-Driven Risk Management: use SAP or similar data to identify risks, develop mitigation plans, and track actions.
• Operational Analytics: build analyses in Excel to manage priorities and delivery performance.
• Lean / Standard Work Execution: embed standard work, lead meetings, and drive continuous improvement.
• Productivity Leadership: act as focal point for productivity initiatives and business impact.
• Cross-Functional Leadership: lead teams across functions to improve program performance and commitments.
