Qualifications

• 3–5 years in customer supply chain, forecasting, replenishment, or planning (preferred in CPG or beauty).
• Experience working with major retailer supply chain teams preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own Customer Forecasting: Manage forecasts, replenishment data, and inventory positions.
• Collaborate with Demand Planning: Provide timely customer inputs.
• Lead meetings to review forecasts and performance.
• Partner with Demand Planning for promotional forecasts.
• Track in-stocks and key metrics, elevate risks with recommendations.
• Build what-if analyses for informed decision-making.
• Maintain dashboards on forecast accuracy and performance.
• Drive process standardization for customer data integration.
• Act as a liaison between Sales, Demand Planning, and Operations.
• Support special allocation strategy initiatives.
