Job summary

Dyson Institute in Chicago is seeking a Sr. Customer Collaboration Analyst (Supply Chain) to support customer compliance and Order-to-Cash operations across key retail accounts.

You will partner with Sales, Customer Service, Logistics, and Finance to identify risks, resolve deductions, and improve the customer experience. The role requires a 2+ year background in related operations, strong Excel skills, and experience with SAP or ERP systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, Finance, or related field.
• 2+ years in Customer Operations, Order-to-Cash, or related discipline.
• Experience with retail customers or customer-facing processes.
• Strong proficiency in Excel and data analysis.
• Experience with SAP or other ERP systems.

Responsibilities

• Support customer compliance across strategic retail customers (Walmart, Amazon, Costco, Best Buy, Target, etc.).
• Review deductions, chargebacks, shortages, and claims to identify root causes and recommend corrective actions.
• Partner with Sales Account Managers and Customer Service teams to resolve customer issues promptly.
• Monitor customer scorecards, compliance metrics, and operational performance indicators.
• Assist in reviewing customer requirements, routing guides, and contractual obligations to ensure compliance.
• Work closely with Logistics and Supply Chain teams to identify opportunities to improve processes and implement controls.
• Support Order-to-Cash execution by monitoring order flow and resolving exceptions impacting customer experience.
• Prepare reporting on deductions, claims, penalties, compliance trends, and recovery opportunities.
• Partner with Dyson Business Services and internal stakeholders to investigate and resolve customer disputes.
• Identify process improvement opportunities that reduce penalties and improve customer satisfaction.
• Maintain documentation, SOPs, and customer compliance records.
• Support special projects and continuous improvement initiatives across customer operations and supply chain functions.
