Job summary

ONE Gas is seeking a Sr Customer Program Representative to lead development and growth of customer affordability programs across Kansas, Oklahoma and Texas from its Tulsa base. You will partner with community organizations, industry stakeholders and internal teams to promote energy assistance initiatives and drive adoption of cost-saving energy efficiency measures.

The role emphasizes program design, performance management, and effective customer outreach, with occasional travel to multiple

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; or an equivalent combination of education and additional work experience.
• Experience with community partner agencies or 501(c)(3) organizations.
• Experience with energy efficiency products, programs and technologies.
• Ability to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
• Demonstrated ability to read and write fluently in English.

Responsibilities

• Identify and implement initiatives to educate and promote affordability programs.
• Develop programs to increase natural gas adoption in targeted market segments.
• Collaborate with community partners to identify outreach opportunities.
• Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders across markets.
• Prepare and deliver presentations to external stakeholders.
• Plan and execute events and conference booths for ONE Gas initiatives.
• Attend conferences and training to stay current on energy efficiency trends.
• Travel as required to various locations to support program delivery.
