Job summary

Develops the overall project plan, manages stakeholders, risks, budget, and schedule, and ensures production teams execute their roles and deliver results. TS/SCI with CI Poly is preferred; a Master’s degree with 10+ years or a Bachelor's with 5+ years may substitute. Salary listed: $135,000–$155,000.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI with CI Poly (preferred) OR TS/SCI with ability to pass a polygraph.
• Master's degree and minimum 10 years of experience OR Bachelor's degree and an additional 5 years of related senior experience, for a total of 13 years, as a substitute for the Master's degree.
• Demonstrates in-depth analysis of analytic operations and knowledge management issues across organizational and intra-IC boundaries and clearly articulates key findings.
• Demonstrates ability to work independently and with minimal oversight.
• DoD and IC experience desired.
• Strong listening, interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills.
• Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks while under pressure.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Excellent creative problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and close projects that meet or exceed customer objectives.
• Creates clear and attainable project objectives, builds project requirements, and manages constraints of cost, time, scope, and quality.
• Develops the overall project plan and manages project operations. Manages the project stakeholders, project team, project risk, project schedule, project budget, and project conflicts.
• Ensure team members know and execute their respective roles and the roles of the other team members.
• Ensure production schedules are met and system resources are used effectively.
• Coordinate resolution of production-related problems. Ensures proper relationships are established between customers, teaming partners, and vendors to facilitate the delivery of information technology services.
