Job summary

WAC Lighting is seeking a Custom Project Manager to lead in project management for custom products, define objectives, and maintain timelines. The role interfaces with Inside Sales, Purchasing, R&D, and global factories, as well as external customers and specifiers, ensuring on-time delivery and high-level customer support.

The role requires 5–10+ years of project management experience in manufacturing, a related bachelor’s degree, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in business management or related field related to manufacturing.
Excellent communication, time management, and organizational skills.
Proficient in project management software and MS Office.

Responsibilities

Manage projects for Custom Product and escalated orders from entry to shipping to meet on-time delivery.
Maintain the Custom Product project schedule via Monday and internal platforms with accurate data.
Create sales support documentation including deposits, waivers, quotation revisions and release of production information.
Able to create, update and maintain quotations within SAP and HubSpot CRM.
Process Quote Reviews in a timely and accurate manner.
Ensure the accuracy of Rep Sales and Commission credits.
Coordinate with global factories to maintain BOMs and routing schedules.
Resolve engineering issues during product development and review/redline drawings before sending to customer.
Allocate resources and mitigate risks to meet project goals and deadlines.
