SupportFinity™ is looking for an experienced Job Site Superintendent for residential construction in San Jose, California. You will oversee the construction phase of custom home renovations with a strong focus on quality craftsmanship and sustainable practices.

The role requires a minimum of 5 years of experience in high-end residential construction, excellent project management and communication skills, and the ability to interpret blueprints. A competitive salary range of $120,000 to $150,000 per year is offered along with health care and retirement benefits.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Superintendent in high-end custom residential construction.
• Strong knowledge of building codes, regulations, and safety standards.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of the construction phase of custom home renovations.
• Develop and maintain project schedules and timelines.
• Manage subcontractors to ensure quality work.
