You will oversee all aspects of the construction phase, manage subcontractors, ensure compliance with regulations, and communicate regularly with clients. A high school diploma and a minimum of 5 years of experience in the San Francisco Bay Area are required. The position offers a salary range of $120,000 to $150,000 annually, along with comprehensive benefits including health care and retirement plans.

Qualifications

• 5 years of experience as a Superintendent in high-end custom residential construction.
• Strong knowledge of construction materials, methods, and techniques.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction documents.
