Job summary

Qualifications

• High School graduation or equivalent.
• Experience navigating computers and internet – including timesheets and trainings.
• Experience using EAM, SRS, or other work-order software.
• Knowledge of custodian cleaning/safety procedures and cleaning equipment.

Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain offices, workstations, restrooms, and other areas using cleaning equipment.
• Receive, store and deliver supplies; set up furniture and maintain tools and supplies.
• Inspect areas for safety and security; operate electronic doors and elevators; manage keys.
• Answer calls, provide information, and supervise seasonal staff.
• Review and manage sharps containers around the building.
