Job summary

Qualifications

• Two years of experience in custodial, housekeeping, groundskeeping, or food service work.
• Emergency essential status and ability to report during emergencies per PS-18.
• Must be capable of walking around a 10,000 square foot building and using a work order system.

Responsibilities

• Schedules work assignments and cleaning duties for multiple units; inputs service requests via MAXIMO.
• Maintains personnel records and handles payroll time sheets bi-weekly; assists in interviews.
• Manages key inventory and security measures for buildings; coordinates with Residential Life and HR.
• Oversees conference housing, linens, supplies, and equipment for temporary programs; guides training for staff.
• Performs additional duties as assigned.
