Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of professional custodial experience.
• Minimum 1 year of professional experience working with persons with disabilities.
• At least 3 years of supervisory experience over employees.

Responsibilities

• Supervise seven OPS Custodial Workers and oversee duties for residential homes.
• Develop and maintain cleaning schedules with residential home supervisors for Monday–Friday, 7:00 a.m.–3:30 p.m.
• Provide on-site training on the proper use of cleaning products and equipment.
• Complete required training and maintain timesheets.
• Assist with custodial duties during absences or vacancies.
• Support schedule development for after-hours and holiday custodial coverage.
