Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Three years' custodial experience and two years as lead custodian.
• Valid driver''s license with <=2 points.

Responsibilities

• Direct and coordinate custodial staff in daily tasks.
• Install and maintain gym floors and various floor types.
• Order materials and plan weekly work orders.
• Train staff and manage work orders and meetings.
• Operate heavy equipment and perform safety duties.
• Stand, lift up to 65 pounds, and work outdoors in weather.
