• Push back, respectfully, when a Project-Based Learning shortcut will cost us later
• Document the why, not just the what, behind every Project-Based Learning decision
• Translate fuzzy stakeholder asks into a crisp Scaffolding plan
• Question the brief when the brief doesn't match reality
