Job summary

North Wind Group is looking for a Senior Cultural Resources Project Manager responsible for overseeing cultural resources projects primarily in the northern Great Basin and surrounding areas. This role requires a master’s degree in Archaeology or Anthropology, along with ten or more years of experience with cultural resources compliance and project management. Key responsibilities include managing projects from proposal to completion, ensuring compliance with federal regulations, and mentoring junior staff. A valid driver's license and ability to travel are necessary as well as the capacity to obtain government clearance.

Qualifications

• Must have a minimum of 10 years of cultural resources experience.
• Experience with federal and state permits in Idaho and surrounding areas is required.
• Ability to meet Secretary of the Interior’s Professional Qualifications Standards in Archaeology.

Responsibilities

• Manage cultural resources projects from proposal through closeout.
• Serve as primary contact for clients and subcontractors on assigned projects.
• Conduct QA/QC review to ensure project compliance and standards.
