Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Archaeology, Anthropology, Architectural History or closely related field.
Minimum of 10 years Archaeological experience and 5 years in planning and managing investigations.
Experience with Microsoft Office, Word and Excel.
Proven ability to manage multiple field crews and travel as needed.
Excellent communication and client interaction skills; strong oral and written communication.
Familiar with field study design, regulatory framework and GIS tools.
Ability to operate across diverse US geographic settings.

Responsibilities

Take responsibility for assessment, documentation, reports and findings for archaeological surveys.
Develop and monitor tasks, schedules, and cost estimates for cultural resource projects.
Conduct field work, participate in meetings, and develop compliance strategies.
Coordinate agency interactions and field investigations on culture resources projects.
Plan and supervise project design activities with significant program impact.
Serve as technical expert and, when needed, project manager for larger projects.
Perform other duties as needed.
