Job summary

iRely seeks a Senior Product Director to lead the vision, strategy, and growth of its CTRM software portfolio. This role partners with executives, customers, sales, consulting, and engineering to deliver innovative solutions for commodity trading and risk management.

The ideal candidate has extensive CTRM experience, industry knowledge in oil, gas, agriculture, and retail fuel, and a proven track record delivering enterprise software. Hybrid work and competitive compensation await in Irving, TX.

Qualifications

10+ years of CTRM, Energy Trading, or ERP software experience.
7+ years in Product Management or related roles.
Deep knowledge of CTRM, derivatives, risk management, and enterprise software.
Strong understanding of CTRM platforms and enterprise business processes.
Experience with Agile software development.
Excellent analytical, strategic thinking, and executive communication skills.
Ability to influence executives, engineering teams, customers, and partners.

Responsibilities

Define and execute the long-term vision, strategy, and roadmap for CTRM software.
Own the complete CTRM portfolio, aligning with customer needs and trends.
Advise executives on product direction, opportunities, and investments.
Drive innovation through market analysis and customer engagement.
Prioritize investments to maximize value, revenue growth, and profitability.
