Job summary

Deloitte is seeking a Senior Manager - Commodity Solutions to lead architecture for complex CTRM transformations within Enterprise Operations & Risk. You will guide decisions from strategy to implementation, coordinating cross-functional teams and client stakeholders to deliver end-to-end solutions.

The role requires deep CTRM domain expertise, architecture leadership, and the ability to travel up to 75% for client work. Recruiting ends 12/31/2026.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in commodity trading and risk management (CTRM) implementations.
• Experience leading requirements gathering, fit-gap analysis and functional solution design for CTRM transformations.
• Experience aligning business requirements to standard RightAngle capabilities, process design considerations and customization approaches.
• Experience across trading, risk, scheduling, and settlement business processes in commodity trading environments.
• Experience leading solution decisions with business stakeholders and cross-functional delivery teams.
• Ability to travel 75% on average.

Responsibilities

• Lead process integration and functional solution design across trading, risk, scheduling, and settlement workstreams to support end-to-end business processes
• Translate functional and technical requirements into end-to-end architecture designs, integration approaches, and implementation roadmaps
• Work with client stakeholders to define business requirements, assess alignment to standard RightAngle capabilities, and identify configuration and customization options
• Drive integration across functional processes to support cohesive solutions for trade capture, risk management, scheduling, settlement, and downstream impacts
• Guide solution decisions by evaluating business needs, process dependencies, control requirements, and exception handling considerations
• Lead design workshops, mentor team members, and provide oversight through solution design, build, testing, and deployment
