Qualifications

• Minimum two years CT technologist experience.
• Associates degree in radiologic technology or two years of related experience.
• Radiographer license (Hawaii).
• Basic Life Support from American Heart Association.
• Radiologic Technologist Certification.
• ARRT CT Certification.

Responsibilities

• Performs CT studies and positions patients with immobilization and counseling.
• Reviews orders, prepares schedules, and consults with radiologists and nurses.
• Operates CT systems and ensures ALARA safety and proper documentation.
• Prepares contrast agents, sterile fields, and manages supplies.
• Assists radiologist during procedures and with biopsy specimen collection.
• Post-processes CT images and transmits to PACS; maintains equipment.
• Mentors students and participates in on-call rotations.
