Job summary

Providence is seeking a Senior Radiology Technologist for the Radiology Unit at Petaluma Valley Hospital. This full-time role requires 10-hour variable shifts and involves CT imaging and routine radiologic procedures for patients of all ages, with minimal supervision.

The ideal candidate will join a team focused on quality care, participate in multidisciplinary activities, and collaborate closely with medical staff while serving as a resource in the department.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of Radiologic Technology with ARRT certification.
• CT training in addition to diagnostic radiologic technology.
• California Radiologic Technologist license upon hire.
• BLS certification by American Heart Association upon hire.
• National Registered Technologist - Computed Tomography upon hire.
• Minimum 2 years of acute care hospital experience.
• Minimum 1 year CT experience in Imaging Department.

Responsibilities

• Perform CT scans and routine radiologic procedures for patients of all ages.
• Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams and participate in quality improvement activities.
• Work with medical staff as a department resource with minimal supervision.
