Providence is seeking a Senior Radiology Technologist for the Radiology Diagnostic Unit in Petaluma Valley Hospital. This full-time role involves 10-hour variable shifts, CT imaging, and a spectrum of radiologic procedures across all ages.

You will join a team committed to patient-focused care and collaboration within a multidisciplinary environment. The successful candidate will have ARRT eligibility, CT training, California radiologic technologist status, BLS, and CT experience in acute care

• Graduate of Accredited school of Radiologic Technology (ARRT).
• Training in CT in addition to Diagnostic Radiologic Technology.
• Upon hire: California Radiologic Technologist.
• Upon hire: National Provider BLS - American Heart Association.
• Upon hire: National Registered Technologist - Computed Tomography.
• 2 years of experience in an acute care hospital.
• 1 year of experience in Computerized Tomography in the Imaging Department.

Responsabilidades

• Performs computerized axial tomography and routine radiologic procedures.
• Exhibits knowledge across patients of all ages and acts as a department resource.
• Participates in quality improvement activities and multidisciplinary teams.
• Works under minimal supervision and collaborates with medical staff.

Description

Senior Radiology Technologist in Radiology Diagnostic Unit at Petaluma Valley Hospital. This position is Full time and will work 10-hour Variable Shifts.

A certified professional who performs computerized axial tomography, as well as routine diagnostic and special radiologic procedures on patients of all age groups. Other duties may include multi-disciplinary committee/team participation, quality improvement activities, and collaboration with the medical staff. Works under minimal supervision and acts as a resource to others in the department.

Required Qualifications:

• Coursework/Training: Graduate of Accredited school of Radiologic Technology (ARRT).
• Coursework/Training: Training in C.T. in addition to Diagnostic Radiologic Technology.
• Upon hire: California Radiologic Technologist.
• Upon hire: National Provider BLS - American Heart Association.
• Upon hire: National Registered Technologist - Computed Tomography.
• 2 years of experience in an acute care hospital.
• 1 year of experience in Computerized Tomography in the Imaging Department.

Posted are the minimum and the maximum wage rates on the wage range for this position. The successful candidate's placement on the wage range for this position will be determined based upon relevant job experience and other applicable factors. These amounts are the base pay range; additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
