Job summary

Siemens Healthineers is seeking a Senior Scientist – Collaborations Manager to drive strategic CT research collaborations with clinical and industry partners. You will lead multi-disciplinary teams, coordinate with radiologists and medical physicists, and shape study protocols that showcase CT technology benefits.

Qualifications

• PhD, MD, or equivalent doctoral degree required.
• 3+ years of relevant experience in industry, clinical research, or a postdoctoral environment.
• Proven track record building and managing scientific collaborations with external partners.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Executive presence and the ability to independently represent Siemens Healthineers with senior leaders.
• Interdisciplinary, cross-functional collaboration experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage scientific collaborations at Strategic Value Partnership sites and drive joint projects.
• Identify and build strong relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs).
• Collaborate with radiologists, medical physicists, and clinical partners to define study protocols.
• Maintain CT clinical/technical expertise and evaluate developmental software & hardware.
• Translate research findings into publications and presentations.
• Represent CT R&D collaborations in forums and with senior stakeholders.
• Draft, negotiate, and execute collaboration contracts with support from internal teams.
• Track milestones, budgets, and deliverables for research projects.
• Partner with marketing and commercial teams to align clinical evidence with product positioning.
