Job summary

MFour Data Research, Inc. is seeking a Senior Project Manager / Customer Success Manager to own the end-to-end client experience for 20–30 accounts from kickoff through renewal.

This hybrid role is based in Irvine, CA, reporting to the VP and Manager of Customer Success. You will coordinate cross-functionally with panel/sample operations, research and product teams, drive adoption of MFour Studio and DANI, and identify upsell opportunities to grow existing accounts while delivering on time, on

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in quantitative research or equivalent.
• 3–5 years working with large data sets and designing questionnaires/analysis reports.
• Proven experience managing and communicating with multiple external clients.
• Excellent written and oral communication, presenting insights to clients.
• Completed Bachelor's degree or higher with strong MS Office proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day client management for 20–30 accounts at account and project level.
• Coordinate cross-functionally with panel/sample, research, and product teams to keep projects on time, budget, and spec.
• Guide clients through SaaS/DaaS journey, driving adoption of MFour Studio and DANI.
• Identify and help close upsell and expansion opportunities inside existing accounts.
• Build and strengthen client relationships by presenting data-driven insights to stakeholders.
