CoderPad is seeking a Senior Customer Success Manager (Mid-Market) to own a book of ~40–50 mid-market accounts, driving retention, adoption, satisfaction, and strategic health through proactive engagement and trusted advisory support.

You will partner with Sales, Product, Support, and Marketing to deliver value, use AI-enabled workflows to improve account research, planning, and renewals, and lead periodic business reviews.

• Proactively identify at-risk accounts and recommend actions.
• Develop and execute customer success plans aligned to goals.
• Drive renewal conversations and mitigation strategies.
• Identify expansion opportunities and coordinate with Account Executives.
• Conduct periodic business reviews to show value delivery.
• Advocate for customers to inform product improvements.
• Collaborate with Product, Support, Marketing for a cohesive experience.
• Use AI tools daily to enhance account research and planning.
