Job summary

BoodleBox is seeking a Customer Success Manager to manage post-sale partnerships with higher education institutions. You will own onboarding, integrations (SSO, LMS), training, and ongoing adoption efforts to ensure customers realize value from our GenAI platform.

Lead renewals and expansions by aligning features to institutional priorities, monitoring adoption metrics, and driving proactive engagement. This fully remote role offers a Colorado Springs hub for collaboration and growth

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Customer Success, Account Management, or SaaS-facing role.
• Experience with higher education or institutional teams preferred.
• Proven ability to drive renewals and expansions.

Responsibilities

• Own institutional relationships post-sale and drive renewal/expansion.
• Lead onboarding, integrations (SSO, LMS), and training.
• Align platform features with institutional priorities for value realization.
• Monitor customer health and adoption metrics; address risks early.
• Promote best practices and new features to boost adoption.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product, Marketing, and Support.
• Identify growth opportunities and renewals through adoption trends.
• Deliver workshops and trainings to energize partner teams.
• Leverage data to guide proactive engagement strategies.
